Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you are not sure which size is right for you, we will refer you to the instructions provided on each product. Both the model's height and the product's size or recommended size will appear. For more advice on sizes, you can take a look at our size guide.

Can I cancel my order?

We totally get it, we change our minds too! Although we would like to be able to, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

We send parcels to the whole country with DAO, where you can easily and securely send your goods to your nearest parcel box.

Soon we will offer all major carriers and local courier partners.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
