1. Order confirmation
Upon receipt of order confirmation, the following terms and conditions are accepted as a written and binding agreement between the customer and Thriftstudio.dk. When an order has been completed on Thriftstudio.dk, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In situations of possible errors or changes in the order, woodwood.com reserves the right NOT to send the product to the customer and thus cancel the order.


2. Payment methods
Thriftstudio.dk accepts VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Paypal.

All prices for customers in the EU include Danish VAT. The prices are stated without shipping and other possible services independent of Thriftstudio.dk.

Thriftstudio.dk reserves the right to change prices at any given time. All prices are given in local currency.


3. Shipping
All outbound shipments from our warehouse are handled by Shipmondo. Deliveries are made by DAO in Denmark. All orders are insured and sent with tracking information by SMS and/or email when they are shipped.

Thrift Studio only withdraws the money as soon as the item has been sent. Expected delivery time for normal shipping is 1-4 working days in Denmark. Thriftstudio.dk is exempt from all responsibility regarding delays due to shipping processes.

Please use the above delivery times as a guide.

Shipping costs will be added to the cart. The cost of shipping will be added to the total price during checkout. Our customer service is ready to answer all questions regarding shipments and prices at kundeservice@thriftstudio.dk.

Thriftstudio.dk reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer for large orders.

Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to home addresses.


4. Damages and problems
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the problem and make it right. Please note that our products are used and/or old (vintage) - signs of previous wear are typically very common.
We inspect and describe the condition of the goods before they are uploaded to the webshop. Returns due to damage are only accepted if the damage is significant and is not mentioned in the product description on the webshop.

In addition, there is a complaint period of 2 years. from when you have received your ordered item.


5. The EU's 14-day right of withdrawal
Regardless of the above, if the item is sent to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You must also use the receipt or proof of purchase.


6. Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at customer service@thriftstudio.
